For example, if "Drivers/USB" has the owner "<parent>" a ticket filed against that component is assigned to the owner of "Drivers" (which does not have a "<parent>" entry, though).

Postponed because it's not important enough for Website R1. We don't have so many components that this becomes a real problem. It was a low-priority item, anyway.

Should, but won't. The current system/hack works right now. I don't think it is worth time investing to update it.

Please reopen with a patch.
