Description
Need to figure out if we want to do modifications to the source tree *before* installation, or "live" i.e. in ~/local/share/trac and ~/trac/haiku.
Either way, we need to record all changes.

I started something very simple. We probably won't have a lot of changes to track. What do you think? Should we better put the whole source into version control?
