Description
Please compile "LookAndFeel" (part of the test applications in our repository), and switch the look and feels one after the other.
You will see modal windows with a window title, and a desktop style without a border, but with a left titled bar (and nothing in between).

Yes, seems mostly fixed. If there are somehow still bugs they belong in another ticket.

I think the main part is fixed in hrev42636. There are some drawing bugs when switching the feel though.
