I added a few more developers, but although they are in the right group only one of them (phoudoin) is actually shown in the "Assign to:" drop-down field.

Okay, it's fixed. I just don't know why I had to login as every user and go to the Settings page and sometimes even enter the user's nickname into the name field. Strange...I hope that 0.10 and the new DbAuth will not have this problem.
