Description
The Settings page should add two fields (Password and Repeat Password) that allow for changing the current user's password.

This is not needed, anymore. Drupal can do this for us.

I've implemented this for Trac 0.10. We will have to wait for the update. Also, passwords will be SHA-1 encrypted in the next release.
