Sound only via OSS, but choppy

Description
Sound does work only with OSS drivers, not with those included with Haiuk, but it is choppy.
Card:
device Multimedia controller (Multimedia audio controller) [4|1|0] vendor 8086: Intel Corporation device 24d5: 82801EB/ER (ICH5/ICH5R) AC'97 Audio Controller
It doesn't help to change oss_core settings file. To not get choppy sound I usually have to restart media services more than 7 times (also after booting into Haiku).
