[Terminal] move Terminal_windows settings file to Terminal folder

Description
New settings file introduced in hrev38192 now lives in ~/config/settings/Terminal_windows, whereas there is a dedicated folder for terminal settings in ~/config/settings/Terminal.

Fixing this ticket was proposed as part of one task on GCI 2011 mentored by me, so I take the assignment.

The problem was checked during GCI 2011. I think, this is more of a feature/enhancement request, than a bug.
On hrev43238, the file is still in ~/config/settings/Terminal_windows and not as suggested, in ~/config/settings/Terminal/
