I have this on my Thinkpad motherboard:
device Network controller [2|80|0]
vendor 10ec: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. device 8176: RTL8188CE 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter
device/bus: pci device/flags: 1 pci/bus: 3
I note that the files I attached earlier seem to be for a USB variant of this chipset, whereas mine is a PCI on-board version. I don't know the original poster's variant.

8188EE and 8192CE PCI devices are now supported by the "realtekwifi" driver. 8191SE is not.
