boot stalls on device manager init

I have tried disabling or changing every safe mode option esp. using very normal 1024x768 32/16bit res' and 'use default video mode', disabling apic and acpi etc but I cannot get 43192 to boot on this Toshiba Satellite Pro A210 at all. Booting only ever gets as far as the device manager icon then stalls there.I have attached a photo of the debug output to this ticket.
