[Trac] add text to Attach file page about zip files

Description
It was said numerous times that attaching zipped syslogs and images is just not convenient for someone to look at in Trac (because one can't just take a look at the logs/pictures in the preview).
To prevent it we could add text to Attach file page describing why we don't want zip files as attachments.

I added a note to ReportingBugs. Probably that page should be reworked more generally at some point though.
