allow for milestones to have a parent milestone

Description

We will have multiple smaller milestones like "Netstack R1", but the "Haiku R1" milestone should take all its sub-milestones into account when calculating the status.

Every milestone could get a "Children" list and allow to add new children via a drop-down list:

Children:

  • ... [Remove]
  • ... [Remove]

[Netstack R1 /] [Add Child]

We might want to simply have individual milestones, all starting with the same prefix (e.g., "R1"). No need to have it that complicated.
