[trac] Evaluate GitPlugin for use

Description

Since the switch to git, we are no longer able to browse source with TracBrowser, TracSearch source, nor view Changesets in trac.

There is a ​GitPlugin available at trac-Hacks.org that enable these and other features.

cgit works ok, but Trac is much nicer and easier to use. It would be great to have the features again.

The GitPlugin is unusable unfortunately. Look into the haiku-sysadmin list to see the current state of things.
