Description
Currently in Web+ turning the mouse wheel with Alt pressed down zooms the contents of the webpage up and down. Can that be changed to making the webpage scroll up and down faster?

In my opinion, we should change the Haiku behaviour wrt mouswheeling. Currently CMD (or CTRL or OPT) plus wheel will scroll page-wise. If you look at other features, you'll see that normally SHIFT is used to execute slightly altered behaviour of one feature. E.g. holding SHIFT while right-clicking a file will offer "Force identify" (instead of "Identify"), "Create relative link" (instead of "Create link"). Or in the menus of a Tracker window: "Cut/Copy more" (instead of "Cut/Copy"), "Paste link" (instead of "Paste") or "Clean up all" (instead of "Clean up"). The mail_daemon, too, has slightly altered menu items when SHIFT is held.
So, my vote is for changing mousewheel behaviour in the same way, i.e. SHIFT+mousewheel should do page-wise scrolling, because it's just a slight mutation of the standard behaviour without the modifier key.
This would leave the other modifiers like CMD, CTRL and OPT as behaviour changing keys for e.g. zooming, or moving through the open tabs.

This is a rather old ticket, but we should indeed keep it like it is. Pagewise scrolling with shift sounds interesting, not sure how hard that is to implement.
I don't know, Ctrl (or in our case Cmd) + scrollwheel pretty much always zooms in other browsers. We could use Opt or Ctrl for this in Web+ maybe.
