Description
I use hrev43826 and have to notice that the tracker preferences (the windows-preferences) are not preserved after restart. That means, especially the single-window-navigation. And it's very annoying to need to change back the preferences after every restart.

I have the same problem with gcc4 hybrid since some months... I will try to change checkfs /boot... but dont know how to do this. I will try to type this to the terminal.
Maybe it is an older problem of some leftover from previcious installs?

You might also want to try
hey Tracker QUIT && shutdown -r
For comparison.. If that one works, it would hint at a sorta "race condition" rather than a complete failure to write the preferences file. (been there, done that!)

I guess this can be closed. In the past, even reinstalling the system didnt solve that problem. But it seems on a recently build this works now after a clean installation. So I guess it can be closed.
