Ascii Character %7E disappears in WebPositive — at Initial Version

Description
The Ascii character for %7E disappears from a URL. The URL must be entered as www.host.dom/%7Elink rather than the tilde character.
The tilde character also disappears anywhere it is entered in WebPositive.
The tilde character preceeds user web accounts on most of the older Sun Microsystem Web Server Appliances and on the BLue Onyx/CentOS web servers.
