This is hrev44509.

After recent fixes to Deskbar CTRL+ALT dragging doesn't always work.
Might be related to these commits: hrev44244/hrev44382/hrev44383.

Still a problem in hrev50522 (in fact I can't move the deskbar this way at all). It would be nice to fix this, because the other way to move the deskvar (using the small dragger) is less and less convenient as screen DPI increases and the target becomes smaller.

This problem is already present in hrev43643. I think is related to the DefaultWindowBehaviour. The BMessageFilter doesn't receive the message "mouse down" when the keys CTRL+ALT are pressed. Oddly it works on the border of the StatusView. With a different combination of keys the behavior works again.
