Mail (mail_daemon?) not receiving email for Haiku A4 (running in VirtualBox)

Description
Basically I have setup an email account to send and receive (POP) email using Mail (mail_daemon?). I can send email without issue, but cannot receive email. This issue is not reproducible with Haiku A3 (also running in VirtualBox). The only difference between the 2 VMs is the network adapter type as pcnet is not supported with Haiku A3, but other than that both are basically configured the same (network wise).
