#9014 assigned bug

Uninstall button not available

Reported by: dsjonny Owned by: nobody
Priority: normal Milestone: R1.1
Component: Applications/BootManager Version: R1/Development
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking: #12297
Platform: All

Description

In BootManager application after the menu installed, I cannot uninstall it. The "Uninstall" button is not active. I have checked and the original MBR is at the /boot/home/config/settings/bootman folder. I tried it from the drive where it was installed to, and from USB drive too. When I want to uninstall, than I need to use the DiskProbe, but it can be danger...

And I got a suggestions:

  • when create a backup from the original MBR, then if one backup is exists, than do not overwrite it, just add a number (like MBR2, MBR3...)
