Translation error in GIF and PPM translator

Description
On the Translator's preference panel in the translators list the GIF and the PPM translator's name's not localized (or does not show it correct).

Those strings are already translated in Pootle as the other translator's string. So; I think the problem is in the source code (but don't know what).

It is a bug in the code, neither the GIF translator nor the PPM translator use B_TRANSLATE for the translator name or info.

The PPM translator must be converted to use the shared translator code as all others now do.

If it's not listed, then perhaps it should be fixed in the code to localize that part too.
