Corrently the event's names does not have translation on the Sounds preference panel. Please make it translatable.

This one could be problematic: 3rd party apps can also insert events into the list, so there'd need to be some mechanism for localizing those too. However, I don't believe we currently know which app was responsible for inserting a given event, which means we'd have no way of knowing what catalog to look for the translation in.
