Can't access hotmail from mail daemon

Description

I've set up my email account but I can't access my folders on hotmail, or receive any email, I've double checked my password which is fine

Please change the connection type to "SSL" or encryption or whatever it's called, and try again.

Yeah just tried still same, connection refused. When I click imap folders i get error failed to fetch available storage

hotmail is no more.
