Description
It would be very useful if there would be a "Batch rename" function in the Tracker. With this feature the user can rename many files in the folder, and it can use atterns to the rename too.
For example if we have many images in the folder, than we can rename it: from "SAM_xxx.JPG" to "Vacation 2013 #xxx.jpg". And we it would be more useful, if there would be a "batch convert" option too, so we ca conver the files between types, for example: "SAM_xxx.JPG" to "Vacation 2013 #xxx.png".

I prefer PecoRename. The interface is in need of an overhaul, however...
Question remains: should this sort of thing be part of the base Haiku system? Or better leave it up to the user and package management? The infamous "3rd party opportunity".
