Description
This is probably a bug in the disk device manager: When you delete a partition from a GPT disk (you'll need to have the gpt disk system add-on installed) the process fails at last in BDiskDevice::CommitModifications(). Still, DriveSetup shows the former partition as empty space now. A reboot fixes the issue.
The revision this can be easily reproduced using GPT is hrev45194.
