KDL when creating directory on nfs4 mount

Description

While testing some issues for my previous ticket I hit a KDL while trying to create a directory. I had created/deleted this directory several times from the server side and then tried to do it from the client when this occurred.

By the way, this is hrev45385 on a pure gcc4 build.
