Link to in BePDF case points to /packages, but clicking it opens completely different folder.

"/packages/bepdf-.../.self" is a link itself, pointing to "/boot/common". So this is actually correct. It might be nicer to build the HaikuPorts packages such that the symlink is relative like for ActivityMonitor, but in principle it is OK as is.
