pls, add ID for Radeon 5570 OC Version

today i switch from Sapphire Radeon 6450 to Gigabyte Radeon R5570 OC version with 2GB and card do not work.

i think ID is missing

device/type 0x3 device/vendor 0x1002 device/id 0x675f

i go add and recompile with this change and after write here where was it works. {0x675f, 4, 0, RADEON_REDWOOD, CHIP_STD, "Radeon HD 5570 OC"},

it works - works on current nigthly build with added device id
