WebPositive: cookie support for file protocol

Description

It would be fine if WebPositive would support cookies for file protocol (​file:///) too. With this, we can save page data (like settings) when using local files.

Can you provide a test page for this ? One that works in other browsers, if possible.

This works under Windows using Internet Explorer and Firefox.
