Nothing happens after the OHCI controller init. Let's see if siarzhuk has an idea.
Could you provide the output of listusb?

I have used similar sis630-based laptop about 10 years ago and it was always headache using USB even on Windows 2000/XP. AFAIR its root hubs cannot provide enough power for my Hauppauge TV tuner so only solution was to connect it by using self-powered USB hub with really big power supply.
BTW, it was very comfortable BeOS machine and early Haiku versions demonstrate acceptable performance on this hardware - but I'm not sure if that laptop has enough resources to run nowadays Haiku revisions comfortably.
Well, I will try to load latest Haiku revision on my sis630 laptop some day in the feature.

You can eventually boot on a Linux external drive and mount your Haiku partition to get the syslog.
