This is hrev46528.
If you go to the commits page of a github project (e.g. youtube-dl) you'll get mouse-overs to copy the SHA. Only... it's not copied to the clipboard.

This has nothing to do with WebKit and everything to do with the fact that GitHub uses Adobe Flash to copy things to the clipboard.
