ioctl to de/activate packages failed: Invalid Argument

Description
When adding a package that has directories that do not currently exist to a watched directory, and error message appears as follows:
failed to commit transaction: ioctl to de/activate packages failed: Invalid Argument
Subsequently deskbar, tracker, and anything accessing the fs freeze (e.g. ls, cd from command line).
I would think this should just cause an error message and then not mount the package.
Attached package causes this behaviour on my system (hrev 46596 gcc2 hybrid).

/share directory in this package causes bug
