Description
Open two websites in Web+, move your cursor over any link and switch to another tab using Alt+2. Now if you try to use mouse wheel to scroll this page you notice that it got stuck, you have to move the mouse a bit to get things back to normal.

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed
