Description
I had this crash under hrev46756, I think while trying to do a search and replace, or maybe a find. I tried at the time to repeat it using the same file, but could not.

I'm not sure how there's BBufferedDataIO in the stack trace here, but this may have been fixed by my refactor to BBufferedDataIO::Write. And if it isn't reproducible we should close it anyway.

Had a simillar crash twice upon trying to open gp_2.0_x86_trial.pkg in PackageInstaller.
