pkgman crashes on resolving dependencies if COPYRIGHT is blank in a .recipe

Description
When using haikuports, if you have an otherwise valid .recipe present (whether being built or not) where COPYRIGHT is set to "" (rather than not present), pkgman will crash on resolving depedencies. I've tested this by manually pointing pkgman at the tree as well as via haikuporter with identical results.
hrev46900 (from memory, not at that PC right now), GCC4 x86 build.
