#10682 assigned bug

Deskbar's "Recent docs/folders/apps" ignoring non-boot partitions on reboot

Reported by: humdinger Owned by: nobody
Priority: normal Milestone: R1.1
Component: Applications/Deskbar Version: R1/Development

Description

This is hrev47017.

Deskbar's menu for recent documents, folders and applications only shows files from the boot volume after a reboot. Probably because other partitions haven't yet been mounted when those "Recent..." menus are populated?

Isn't this fixed by the launch_daemon merge ?

Partially. It seems to work with apps (I have ArtPaint on my non-boot partition), but not for folders and documents. The ones from the non-boot partition that are listed before the reboot aren't there anymore after it. Which is odd...
