Menu keyboard navigation oddity in Web+

Description
This hrev47029.
Try this:
- Invoke the menu with ALT+ESC.
- Press CursorRight a few times to move the highlight
--> It'll stop at "History" never highlighting "Bookmarks" --> You can't go back with CursorLeft
Also, once the menu is activated with ALT+ESC, you can't deactivate it again with ESC.

With hrev50650, Web+ doesn't activate the menu with ALT+ESC at all any more.
