Can't download HTML attachments in GMail webinterface

Description

This is hrev47276.

I can't seem to find a way to download attachments in GMail's webinterface. There's a download button, but that doesn't work. I can send it to Google Drive (which I very rarely use), and that seems to work.

Of course, downloading from Drive doesn't work either... Though I don't see what's described in #10818. It just doesn't do anything when I mark a file in Drive and select "Download" from the menu. If I preview the file, e.g. some pdf, I can click the download button there (it's a bit hidden, because auf web+ drawing issues), I download a HTML file called "ServiceLogin" instead.

That part sounds related to #10820?

Changed the ticket title as it turns out I can download zip, pdf, xls just fine. Only HTML attachments seem to be affected.
