Description
ether_driver.h is needed for anyone who wants to write an ethernet driver for Haiku. It's currently a private header. It should be public, instead, and live in /boot/system/develop/headers/os/drivers, I guess.

I would argue that the interface is still experimental, and therefore doesn't have to be public at this point (there is no guarantee that a driver will continue to work with the next release).
Besides this, is there really any need to develop an ethernet driver outside of the tree for now?

For reference: ether_driver.h. I believe it needs to be cleaned before going public (constants naming for instance).
