Description
The form for creating new tickets should add an additional field to insert the Haiku revision number in the bug report. Often, the developer has to ask the reporter for that information later.

I'm not convinced that an additional field has much influence on the situation. Furthermore, it can be misleading, and hiding information. For example where should a "still happens at hrevXXX" be stored? Should the field be updated? Should it lose the information it had from when the problem initially appeared?
While it does happen that a developer asks about a certain revision (and it should indeed be part of the report), I think the status quo is quite okay.
If anyone have better arguments than I have, please tell :-)
