[WebPositive] show icons for local files (easy)

Description
If you have some web site open and you drag a local file from the Desktop Web+ use previous web site favicon. Also show full path in tab view/window tab for local files.

Tried to reproduce.
- I'm unable to see an icon when I open google/youtube.
- If I drag a file to browser, full path is shown in url text box. The tab title is empty where we can add the filename.

It may help to implement Icon::createIconForFiles (probably using Haiku's GetTrackerIcon) in Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/haiku/IconHaiku.cpp
