Possibly related to #11513. Do other way to access the file work? For example, can you read it in DiskProbe? Can you check md5sum on the file and see if that matches the one computed on the host system? Same tests for the zip file in the other ticket, if we find something strange in both cases it's probably a problem with the shared volume and not with the apps.

I can read it with DiskProbe just fine. md5sum on the file matches.
