Missing B_ENTRY_CREATED when a new application is installed

Description
When a new application is installed a live query that watch the attribute BEOS:TYPE=="application/x-vnd.be-elfexecutable" doesn't receive a B_ENTRY_CREATED. As expected when an application is uninstalled the B_ENTRY_DELETED is received. You can see this behavior in the Find window (Tracker)
