Closing a window doesn't set the focus to the previously active window

Description
This is hrev48693.
- Open StyledEdit (StyledEdit has focus)
- Open Terminal (Terminal has focus)
- Close Terminal
Now StyledEdit should have the focus back. It hasn't.
This is probably the same reason that makes renaming something in the /system hierarchy impossible: You ALT+E the folder /system/non-packaged/apps, an alert pops up, you dismiss the alert, but the previously focused Tracker window doesn't regain focus and the folder name isn't in edit-mode anymore. Oops.
I guess it's an app_server thing, but I let you decide...

Not sure what fixed it, but with hrev48742 it works again as expected...
