Tracker does not resize the desktop on screen changes anymore

Description
If you change the screen resolution, the Desktop does not get resized. Best visible with a fullscreen background image.

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed

I can't reproduce this. I set a background image with "scale to fit" and flipped between 800x600, 1024x768, and a few higher resolutions and it worked as expected (VESA driver, VirtualBox, x86gcc2hybrid).
Are you able to consistently reproduce this yourself? Anything in particular I should be looking for?
