Description
In the Time preflet, the 'Set time zone' button is greyed out. Changing from local time to GMT (actually called UTC since forever) also does nothing.

Just saw your screenshot from the other report. Seems I still have an installation issue, it's nothing like what I see here. I don't even have a country list, just 'English', so obviously there's some old version still being used despite reformatting the USB stick before installation. Please mark this one as invalid.

Invalid. Can be set by expanding Australia and clicking local city. Not accustomed to the new layout yet, sorry guys.

Component should have been set to Preferences/Time & Date. Can't see a way to alter that now.
