[print_addon_server] crash on close windows out of order

Description

With PDF writer:

1) Select "Printer..." from an app menu. 2) In "Print Setup" press "Paper setup" button. 3) Open "Fonts..." or "Advanced..." 4) Close the "page setup" window with Fonts or Advanced open

There is a crash.

Printer preferences:

  1. Menu -> Desktop -> System -> Preferences -> Printers
  2. Select 'Print test page' button.
  3. Select 'paper setup' button.
  4. Select 'Advanced settings' button.
  5. Close 'Save as PDF paper setup' window.

This will reproduce the bug. Tested using Haiku R1B2 x86_gcc2 (hrev54154+123).
