Closing stacked panels leaves artifacts on screen

Description

When I have two or more applications stacked then close one of them, parts of the tab are left on the screen. They can be removed by dragging another panel over the remains at which time they are erased.

May only apply to secondary panels opened by an application, such as the download panel associated with a browser, since I haven't been able to duplicate this with any other types.

What is your test scenario? Two tabs and closing the rightmost one?

Yes, and many Tracker windows should be placed under tabbed window.

I can reproduce it with focus follows mouse disabled. With focus follows mouse, the underlying window activates itself on closing and this triggers the redraw, but without it, this does not happen.
