No, this is xz_utils_x86.

You have a version of ICU installed in home/config (I see /boot/home/config/lib/x86/libicutu.so.55.1 in the debug report), possibly it conflicts with the one installed in /system. Does the problem goes away if you remove the one in home/config?

Nope. It's there because I need icu_devel and the one built by haikuports doesn't match, but uninstalling it makes no difference.

Update: Changed to hrev49309 and this particular problem has vanished.
