Can't remove broken links in RO directories

Description
The user directories associated with development are Read-Only. If a devel package is installed then uninstalled, links to libraries are left there which are broken and they can't be removed.

If a package is uninstalled and its contents is not removed, then that's either a bug or it is expected behavior, if you have updated system packages before (in that case the activation state is frozen until reboot).
As usual, a concrete example and a syslog would be helpful. Just tested OK (with an older Haiku image).

Never seen it myself and there was no reply in 21 months, closing.

Try rebooting -- the devel package might not really have uninstalled.
