Description
Hrev 49479
Time is not set on boot.
To reproduce: Set thre time wrong after after selecting Synchronize on boot under the Network time tab..
Reboot Haiku,
The time shown in the Deskbar is still the wrong time.
Synchronize the time from the Time preflet.
The correct time now shows.
The time should be correct on re-boot without needing to go to the Time Preferences. The time should be resynchronized on boot with this option selected.

Fat fingers ... should say "Time Preferences Synchronize on boot not functioning"

is this really a beta1 blocker? It is an bug that needs fixed before R1... however I don't think it will really impact user experience / first impressions too greatly.
