Were you in the process of actually using the debugger at the time, or saving a crash report for another team, or... ?

I think I was saving a crash report...

I might remember it wrong, but I think I Ctrl+C debug build of Tracker which I started from Terminal while Debugger was saving a crash report for this crashed Tracker.
